This includes all the support elements and includes installation work associated with new software and hardware, and has a next business day response time.

iCare Premier Plus

This includes all the support elements and includes new installations of software and hardware, and has a 4 hour response time.

Also available separately as optional extras are:

Data Recovery Support. Support for recovery of lost and deleted data, and recovery of data from failed drives.

Disaster Recovery Support. Support for system recovery and continued working at new premises if your current premises become unusable.

Relocation Support. Support for migration of systems to new premises.
